Real training for real strength. Dekho, my gym is built for anyone serious about fitness, featuring a mix of heavy iron, functional turf, and dedicated space to train hard.
This is where we build real-world power. Our turf track is set up for athletic conditioning with equipment like the power sled, agility hurdles, and cones to improve your speed and explosive strength.

Our functional training corner is all about raw strength. Here you'll find the large tyre for flips, a plyo box for jumps, and other equipment for unconventional workouts that build the kind of fitness that matters outside the gym.
The free weights section is the foundation of strength. We have squat racks, barbells, and plenty of plates for serious lifters focused on powerlifting and bodybuilding fundamentals.

Our setup is simple because results come from effort, not fancy decor. You get a dedicated functional turf track for sprints and sled work, plus a solid heavy lifting zone with 40kg iron dumbbells and squat racks. If you are looking for an asli (authentic) place to train that focuses on performance instead of mirrors, you will fit right in.
We keep things straightforward at the gym. My approach combines the raw power of traditional weight training with athletic conditioning. In the lifting zone, you will find full squat racks, barbells, and enough iron to hit your personal bests without waiting for your turn on a machine.
Then there is the functional area. We use a turf track for sprints, tractor tires for flips, and power sleds to build stamina. It is not about looking good for photos, it is about building a body that can handle real-life challenges. Since we are a Taekwondo academy, we also have a matted zone and punching bags available for your cardio and striking sessions.
We do not use air conditioning, but we have good ventilation and a community that works hard. Whether you are coming in for self-training or want me to design a routine with diet guidance, we keep the focus on building the right habits. Come by and see how we train.

I have been running Shaolin Taekwondo Academy since 2006, and this gym reflects how I train: discipline first. We do not have fancy air conditioning, but we have the equipment and the space you need to actually get stronger. My students and members train side by side here, creating an environment where everyone is pushing to be better than yesterday.
