About Kids Fitness Classes
Why Start Early?
At 367 Crossfit, we know fitness isn't just for grown-ups. Kids need it too - not for big muscles, but for learning how to move with confidence. Getting them started now means they're set up for a strong, healthy future. We aim to make these classes about fun and movement, not just routine workouts.
What Happens in Class?
Our batches aren't like the usual boring drills. We keep things lively, so kids actually look forward to coming. Here’s what they get out of it:
- Learn the basics: We teach flexibility, mobility, and how to handle their own bodyweight. It’s all about age-appropriate exercise for kids.
- Build confidence: As kids progress, you’ll see them become more resilient - inside and outside the gym.
- Fun movement: If they don’t enjoy it, they won’t stick with it. So, we mix things up every session.
Small Groups, Real Attention
We don’t believe in packing classes. Every batch is capped at 15. That means our coaches actually get to know each kid. We watch their form, help them adjust, and give personal feedback. Small group fitness for children is the way we make sure nobody gets left out or overwhelmed.
The Details
Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Only 15 kids per batch, so every child gets proper coaching.
So, ek baat batao (tell me one thing)... you ready to help your kid build a strong, happy routine?

My Story
People walk into our box and think, ‘Arre yaar, yeh toh mushkil hai’ (man, this looks tough). We’ve seen new moms, skinny folks, all kinds, doubting themselves. But here, we skip the mirrors. No judgment, just discovering what your body can do. You start loving those small wins. Subah uth ke aane ka mann karta hai (you actually want to wake up and come here). Give commitment, get freedom. We build people, not just bodies.
My Work
