Welcome to our training floor. No mirrors, no fluff, just the gear you need to move better, lift stronger, and get the work done.

A quick tour of our training facility. This is where equipment becomes your ally. We have everything you need to elevate your fitness experience, whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or gymnastics.

This is a snapshot of a strength and conditioning workout. Athletes alternate between sets of power cleans and either burpees or toes-to-bar. It's a tough combination that builds power and endurance.

This is a glimpse into a classic CrossFit workout combining strength and conditioning. The athlete moves from deadlifts to box jumps and air squats, before tackling a one rep max squat clean, all under fatigue.

A professional coach makes all the difference. This video shows our athletes working on various movements like overhead squats and bench dips under the watchful eye of a trainer.

The bench press is a classic compound movement for building upper body strength. This video shows how we incorporate it into our programming with other accessory exercises like farmer's holds and snatch grip presses.

Stretching is a non-negotiable part of our training. It improves flexibility, aids recovery, and helps prevent injuries. Here our members are cooling down after a tough session.

A look at an upper body conditioning day. The workout includes a mix of isometric holds like the overhead kettlebell hold, and dynamic movements like push-ups and dumbbell rows.

Did you know a good warm-up doesn't just prepare your body, it also boosts your brain power? Here our athletes are getting ready for their session with activation drills like banded walks and lunges.

No warm-up, no gains. This montage shows some of our go-to warm-up drills, including shoulder internal rotations and plate ground-to-overheads, to prepare the body for the workout ahead.

We believe in variance. This workout combines pause banded squats for strength, seated box jumps for plyometric explosion, and a hollow hold for core stability.

About Inside the Box: Workouts & Equipment

A lot of commercial gyms are built for posing in front of mirrors, but our box is different. We strip that away so you can focus on the why of your movement. Whether you’re working with a Rogue barbell or mastering a pull-up, every piece of kit here has a purpose. When you walk in, forget the aesthetic obsession and start paying attention to your form—that’s the only way to build strength that actually stays with you.
