We focus on functional movements—things you actually do in real life—rather than just aesthetics. We mix up weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity conditioning (MetCon) to keep things fresh.
What makes 367 Crossfit different?
- No Mirror Policy: We focus on proprioception, or building awareness of your body in space. When you train with us, you stop comparing yourself to others and start competing with your own previous performance.
- Scalable Intensity: We use progressive overload and adjust the load and movements based on your personal capacity. If you can't perform a specific lift yet, we teach you the foundations so you can work up to it safely.
- Scientific Programming: Every daily WOD (Workout of the Day) is crafted to test your limits but keep you safe. We track progress through benchmarks so you can physically see the gains in your strength and skill level over time.
