We train in a no-frills, garage-style environment in Yelahanka and Amruthahalli, where the only thing that matters is the work you put in. Because we train barefoot on puzzle mats, the barrier between coach and student breaks down quickly. You won't find headphones on during our sessions—you'll find people cheering for each other, partners helping with reps, and a group that celebrates small wins. If you hear someone shouting "Super, maga, super!" while you're grinding through a set of battle ropes, it’s just the family pushing you to find your limit.
