At 1026, we don’t just train fighters; we build a family. Whether you are looking for self-defense skills, total-body fitness, or a positive environment for your kids, our mats are open to everyone ready to put in the work.

Our strong community of female fighters and trainees. We provide a supportive environment for women to learn self-defense, get fit, and become champions.

The future of our academy. Our kids' program is designed to be fun while teaching discipline, respect, and the fundamentals of martial arts.

A young female member shares her positive experience after two months of training in wrestling, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu, recommending it for self-defense.

Training is a family affair. Here, a father and son have some fun on the mats with push-ups and ground-and-pound drills.

Our kids and teens geared up in boxing gloves, ready to train. We believe in starting the journey of discipline and strength from a young age.

About this collection

Our training isn't about gym vanity; it’s about building functional strength and genuine confidence. Women train in a safe, judgment-free zone where the focus is on mastering self-defense techniques and conditioning, not just counting reps. For the kids, we replace screen time with discipline and physical activity, teaching them how to channel their energy in a team setting where everyone is in their corner.

A Space for Everyone

Whether you are training in Yelahanka or Amruthahalli, the 1026 way of life remains the same. We do not use isolation machines or AC; we use iron, sweat, and community.

Training for Women

We recognize that the gym environment can often be intimidating. On our mats, things are different. Women participate in the same high-intensity sessions as everyone else, learning Muay Thai, BJJ, and boxing combinations. You will not find 'watered-down' versions of workouts here. We focus on real self-defense application and physical resilience. You will be pushed to improve, but you will be pushed by a team that cheers for your first successful submission as loudly as your tenth.

The Future: Kids MMA

We treat our junior members like the future champions they are. Our kids' program focuses on more than just throwing punches; it is about respect, discipline, and building a foundation of physical literacy. We teach grappling and striking in a controlled, supervised environment. It is common to see a father and son or a brother and sister training together, proving that martial arts is a skill the whole family can share.

Our Approach

  • Technique First: We focus on form to prevent injury and ensure long-term health.
  • Barefoot Basics: Training on our EVA foam mats builds balance and core stability.
  • No Ego: Everyone from the smallest child to the toughest fighter is part of the same brotherhood.

If you are ready to stop talking and start training, come down to the gym. We do not care about your starting point, only your willingness to keep moving.
