About this collection
You will not find AC vents or shiny, useless isolation machines here. We train barefoot on matted floors, focusing on raw, functional movements—deadlifts, battle ropes, and heavy squats—that actually prepare you for life outside the ring. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or wanting to sharpen your fighting technique, the focus is always on consistency and community.
The 1026 Approach
We believe in the grind. Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed for people who want real change, not just a place to swipe a membership card. We operate out of garage-style setups in Yelahanka and Amruthahalli, creating a space where the noise of the outside world fades and the focus shifts entirely to your reps.
What You Get
- Functional Training: Our sessions are high-volume, blending CrossFit-style movements with traditional weightlifting. You will be using Olympic barbells, kettlebells, and battle ropes under the supervision of coaches who will push you to dig deep.
- Barefoot Discipline: All training happens barefoot on 1-inch thick interlocking mats. It builds balance and connects you directly to the work you are doing.
