My Philosophy

I train tougher because life is tough. For me, coaching is about showing up, working hard, and keeping it real. No shortcuts, no luck - just you versus you. My job is to help you find the strength you already have, even on days when you feel like giving up.

Who I Coach

I work with anyone ready to hustle:

  • If you’re new, we start simple. Bodyweight moves like squats and sit-ups, getting your form right before adding weights.
  • Athletes wanting to level up for events like Hyrox, I build advanced programs focused on HIIT for endurance athletes and functional strength training.
  • Women in midlife, I get how strength routines can change everything - better bones, less joint pain, more balance, and real confidence.

How We Train

Sessions are tough but never boring. We mix weightlifting, functional movements, and bodyweight work for a solid base. Expect HIIT circuits, battle ropes, kettlebells, and plyometric drills for runners. Some days you’ll curse me, but you’ll leave stronger.

Where We Train

I coach in Bangalore - indoor gyms with all the gear, and outdoor group sessions in parks and townships. Wherever we can grind, we do.

The Tribe

We’re a FamJam, not just a workout group. I push hard, sometimes I’m a bit of a ‘Hitler’, but it’s all love. Some days it’s chaos - Kya syappaa hai yeh! (What a mess is this!) - but we laugh, push, and get it done together. Just show up, and you’ll belong.

My Story

People ask, 'Since when do you run?' I just laugh - since forever, yaar. Used to be that wild kid on the tracks, hair all over, shoes untied, but always running after something big. Left my brand manager desk for the sweat and music of the studio. Fell, got up, built my own crazy fitness family. Ten years, so many ups and downs, but this is my purpose. When my story helps someone believe in themselves - bas, that’s my real win.

My Work

What I do - I lead Zumba Toning classes, Strong Nation HIIT, plyometric training for runners, marathon warm-ups, and corporate fitness workshops.

Zumba is not just dance - Trust me, Zumba is a full-body HIIT party. We sweat, we laugh, we get real results, not just moves.

My style - I push hard - sometimes you’ll call me 'Hitler', but I see your strength even when you don’t. Show up, always.

Corporate sessions - Music, movement, and fun for your team. My workshops boost energy and connection, not just productivity.
