In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you. Practicing yoga poses like the tree pose and dancer's pose helps me stay grounded and centered.
You can't always control what goes on outside, but you can control what goes on inside. Celebrating International Yoga Day with my clients through a series of grounding and centering poses.
About this collection
You cannot just hit the weights hard every single day. I weave these recovery flows into my coaching to help your muscles repair after high-intensity bouts, specifically targeting the tightness that comes from long hours at a desk or heavy lifting. It is about slowing down just enough to get faster and stronger in the long run.
Why Recovery Matters
Some days my sessions are loud, sweaty, and high-energy—that is the 'Hitler' side of me. But these recovery days? They are just as crucial. Whether you are a marathon runner struggling with calf tightness or someone working a desk job in Whitefield or Indiranagar, your body stores stress differently. We use yoga to release that tension.
How We Train
I focus on active recovery: mobility drills that actually improve your range of motion rather than just holding static poses for an hour. If you find yourself stiff after heavy lifting or your lower back aches from sitting all day, these sessions are the fix. We focus on hip openers, spinal alignment, and breathwork that helps you recover faster so you can show up stronger the next time.
Part of the FamJam
My goal is to help you build a body that lasts. We work on your flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure you are not just burning out. It is part of the routine, right alongside the HIIT and the running. If you are ready to stop fighting against your own tightness, join us for a session. It is all about listening to your body while pushing it to be better.
Shikha Singh
I spent years grinding and chasing PRs, but I learned the hard way that recovery isn't optional—it's part of the training. I guide you through these flows to ensure you build a body that lasts, not just one that performs for a day.
