Why I Do This

Dance has always been my escape and my power-up. I started on school tracks, now I run on dance floors. This isn’t just a job for me - it’s where I turn “I can’t” into “Watch me.” Every class is a reminder that we’re tougher than life’s curveballs.

What Happens in Class

Think of it as a party, not a workout. The vibe is wild, the music is loud, and nobody cares if you miss a step. You’ll walk in tired, maybe even grumpy, but you’ll leave buzzing. I promise you that.

  • We mix it up: Zumba® Fitness with spicy Latin beats, Bollywood dance workout tracks, and even Bhangra for that desi swag.
  • Sometimes we go full folk with Garba, sometimes we grab light weights for Zumba® Toning, and if we’re feeling fancy, we hit the pool for Aqua Zumba®.
  • No two sessions are the same, but every session is full-on masti (total fun).

Who Fits In Here

Everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced or if you’re a pro. My group dance cardio sessions are for all ages and fitness levels. Kids, adults, aunties, uncles - all are part of my FamJam.

What I Expect

Just show up. That’s it. I’ll push you, sometimes a bit strict, but only because I know you’ve got more in you. We sweat, we laugh, we mess up, and we keep moving. That’s how we grow.

My Story

People ask, 'Since when do you run?' I just laugh - since forever, yaar. Used to be that wild kid on the tracks, hair all over, shoes untied, but always running after something big. Left my brand manager desk for the sweat and music of the studio. Fell, got up, built my own crazy fitness family. Ten years, so many ups and downs, but this is my purpose. When my story helps someone believe in themselves - bas, that’s my real win.

My Work

What I do - I lead Zumba Toning classes, Strong Nation HIIT, plyometric training for runners, marathon warm-ups, and corporate fitness workshops.

Zumba is not just dance - Trust me, Zumba is a full-body HIIT party. We sweat, we laugh, we get real results, not just moves.

My style - I push hard - sometimes you’ll call me 'Hitler', but I see your strength even when you don’t. Show up, always.

Corporate sessions - Music, movement, and fun for your team. My workshops boost energy and connection, not just productivity.
