This is a glimpse into our outdoor group sessions. I guide the team through plyometric drills and bodyweight circuits, pushing everyone to find their edge. You'll hear me counting reps and motivating the crew; this is the energy you can expect.
Think Zumba is just dance? Think again. It's a high intensity interval training session that works your entire body. We build strength, cardio, and endurance, all while having an absolute blast.

About this collection
My sessions are for anyone done with excuses. We focus on real movement patterns like squats and deadlifts, mixed with high-intensity drills to burn fat and build endurance. You aren't paying me to count reps, you are paying me to correct your form so you actually get stronger.
How We Train
I believe in the 'You vs. You' philosophy. Whether we are doing plyometrics, battle ropes, or simple bodyweight circuits, the goal is always the same: consistency. My coaching style is demanding because I know what you are capable of, even on days you feel like quitting.
- Outdoor Functional Bootcamp: We train in parks and society grounds across Bangalore. This is 12 sessions of high-intensity group work where we use kettlebells and agility cones to push limits.
- Private 1-on-1 Performance Coaching: For those who need focused form correction or specific plans for muscle gain or fat loss. I come to your home or society gym, providing custom diet charts and weekly check-ins.
- Plyometric Clinics: A technical masterclass for runners to work on stride length, explosive power, and injury prevention.
