Strength Training: You vs. The Weights
This is where we build raw power. Sessions focus on foundational lifts like deadlifts and squats, combined with kettlebell flows and battle ropes to build functional strength and muscle endurance. I guide you on proper form to ensure you lift safely and effectively, whether you're a beginner or an advanced lifter.
Training for Runners: Speed & Endurance
I help runners get faster and stronger. My programs incorporate plyometric drills like box jumps and bounding to build explosive power, alongside targeted strength work and running plans to improve your race times and prevent injury. We train for everything from 10Ks to half marathons.
Our Tribe: Group Training & Community
We are a FamJam. My group sessions, held both in parks and gyms across Bangalore, are about pushing each other and having fun while we do it. Expect a mix of bodyweight circuits, partner workouts, and team challenges that build camaraderie and keep you accountable.
Zumba: The Fitness Party
This is not just a dance class; it's a full-body HIIT workout disguised as a party. Each session is designed to improve your cardio, endurance, and coordination while engaging over 600 muscles. You'll burn calories and leave with a smile.
Yoga & Active Recovery
Strength needs balance. I incorporate yoga and guided stretching into my coaching to improve flexibility, aid muscle recovery, and prevent injuries. These sessions focus on mindful movement and proper cooldown techniques, which are crucial for any fitness routine.
