About this collection
Most people think Zumba is just about following steps. In my classes, we use it as a full-body HIIT workout. We keep the heart rate up, integrate core movements, and always, always finish with a proper cooldown. It is the only way to get real results without hitting a plateau, so expect me to be strict about that final stretch.
My sessions are designed for anyone who wants to move—whether you are a beginner finding your rhythm or someone looking to switch up their regular gym routine. We aren't just dancing. We are engaging over 600 muscles in every session.
Think of this as dance fitness, but with the intensity of a HIIT workout. We incorporate plyometric drills and strength-building movements that you won't find in a standard Zumba class. This is about cardiovascular health, stamina, and coordination.
When you join my 'FamJam' in Bangalore, expect a mix of music, sweat, and genuine effort. I train in parks, society grounds, and indoor studios, so we work with the space we have to build that energy.
