About Women's Strength & Lifestyle Coaching
Why I Coach
I believe strong is beautiful. My approach is about helping women build real strength and live life fully—no starving, no shrinking. Fitness isn’t just about the body; it’s about showing up, even on tough days, because movement can shift your whole mood.
What I Do (And Don’t)
I coach for long-term change, not short-term results. My focus is on healthy eating for muscle gain in women, strength training for women over 30, and building habits that stick for years—not just weeks. If you want crash diets or quick fixes, this isn’t the place. I’m all about daily effort, moderation, and listening to your body.
How We Work Together
- Strength Training: We’ll use basic lifts—squats, deadlifts, pull-ups—with whatever equipment you have, even if it’s just dumbbells at home.
- Food as Fuel: You’ll eat proper meals (yes, poha, sambar, chicken curry included), no cutting out carbs or starving. We’ll focus on balance, not food guilt.
- Mindset Coaching: We’ll cut through social media noise and build your confidence from the inside. No more comparing journeys—this is your story.
Who This Is For
If you’re tired of yo-yo diets and want a permanent lifestyle change, I’m here to help. This is deep, sometimes messy work, but it’s worth it. If you want to feel powerful—in your body and mind—let’s get started.

My Story
Everyone says your 20s are the best, but honestly, my 30s have been way more real. Same weight, totally different person. Wife, mom, coach—when you put yourself first, people get mad. Do it anyway. My journey isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about looking inside. I study Somatic Experiencing, so I know real health starts in your mind. I’ve run a half marathon with a busted glute and a sick kid—life throws stuff, but it’s all about your mindset.
My Work
Personal Training & Online Coaching - I help women with holistic fitness, including PCOD workout plans and building a sustainable lifestyle.
Strength Over Skinny - We lift, we eat carbs, we get strong. It’s about confidence, not shrinking yourself.
Lifestyle Change, Not Quick Fixes - No crash diets. We build habits slowly, focusing on moderation all year.
Back to Basics - Simple works. Walking, sleep, balanced meals—think amla, poha, sambar, not just fancy superfoods.
Mind-Body Connection Coaching - Fitness is mental too. We work on showing up, self-love, and healing energy through movement.
