High-Energy Personal and Group Fitness Training
I'm Rajib. Welcome to my Akhada in AECS Layout, where fitness is life. Whether you want to lift heavy or sweat it out in a group, we focus on real strength and consistent effort.
Mehnat hi manzil hai. This is my core belief. This video shows a synchronized bodyweight circuit with my clients, focusing on discipline and teamwork with exercises like pushups and squats. We put in the work, together.
In one-on-one coaching, I am right there with you, making sure you push your limits safely. Here, I am spotting a client during a heavy 130kg barbell squat, ensuring his form is perfect to prevent injury and maximize results.
Cardio kickboxing is one of my favorite ways to build stamina and power. This is a short clip of me demonstrating a sequence of kicks on the heavy bag, focusing on speed, technique, and core engagement.
The energy in our group classes is unmatched. Here I am leading a ladies-only aerobics session, guiding them through a high-energy warm-up routine. You can hear the countdowns and feel the motivation.

Proper form is everything. Here, I am performing a barbell deadlift, a fundamental exercise for building back and bicep strength. I focus on a straight back and controlled movement, a technique I teach all my clients.
Fitness is for everyone, and it's amazing to start them young. This is a picture with my kids' fitness group, where we make getting active fun and build a foundation for a healthy life.

I am strict about your form before anything else. In every session, whether you're lifting 130kg or mastering your first burpee, I’m spotting you to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively. You don’t need to be an athlete to start—just bring the intent to work hard and improve.
My training philosophy is simple: Mehnat hi manzil hai (hard work is the destination). I run my sessions to ensure you show up for yourself, regardless of the mood you are in.
My Approach to Training
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all routines. In AECS Layout and HSR Layout, I focus on a blend of disciplines to keep your body guessing and growing:
- Strength & Conditioning: This is the foundation. We focus on big, compound lifts like squats and deadlifts to build functional, real-world strength.
- High-Intensity Training: From CrossFit elements to HIIT circuits with battle ropes, we push your heart rate and endurance to new levels.
- Cardio & Combat: My kickboxing and Zumba sessions are designed to burn calories while teaching you rhythm and coordination. They are high-energy, loud, and effective.
The Community
We are more than just a gym. The Akhada is a space for everyone—from kids to seniors and our popular ladies-only fitness batches. We train, we sweat, and we laugh together. You will find that the group energy in my sessions makes the hardest workouts feel achievable.
