Age, hormones, bone strength: they’re all real things, but I believe discipline wins. No shortcuts, just hard work.
I keep things practical. We start with basics, build up form, and then go for that “one more rep” even when you think you’re done. Progress can be slow, but I’m with you every step, correcting your posture and making sure you’re training safe.
