Monthly Hybrid Membership (Gym + Studio)
Membership Coverage
- Class Schedule: Entry to 5 scheduled group sessions per week (typically Mon-Fri).
- Gym Floor: Unrestricted access to HSR Fitness World facilities, including cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals) and weight training zones.
- Workout Types:
- Dance Fitness: Zumba choreography with high BPM music.
- Power Aerobics: AFAA certified instruction utilizing rhythmic stepping.
- Cardio Kickboxing: Non-contact shadow boxing, kicks, and punches.
- HIIT/Sculpt: Interval training using body weight and light props.
Facility Specs
- Flooring: Dedicated studio space with wooden laminate or rubber mats.
- Equipment: Adjustable hard plastic steppers, light dumbbells, and shared standard mats (bringing a personal towel is mandatory).
- Amenities:
- Shared changing rooms and restrooms.
- Open storage cubbies (requires personal padlock).
- RO water dispenser.
Instruction Style
- Method: High-energy vocal counting and command-style drills.
- Language: Mix of English and Hindi.
Single Class Drop-In
Session Access
- Validity: Entry for one specific class slot only (e.g., Tuesday Aerobics).
- Duration: Single 45 to 60-minute intense workout.
- Restrictions: Does not include access to the main gym floor (treadmills/weights) before or after the class.

What My Classes Are Like
Every session with me is all about that high-energy group workout vibe. I don’t do frills or hype, just solid effort. I keep things moving with short bursts of encouragement - think “Ek, dui, tin, char, let's go!” (One, two, three, four, let's go!). You’ll find yourself sweating, pushing, and leaving stronger than you came in.
Types of Classes
- Zumba: Pure dance fitness sessions with upbeat tracks and easy-to-follow moves. No judgement, just moving.
- Power Moves Aerobics: My main game. Rhythmic routines, lots of heart-pumping, and always a bit of challenge.
- Cardio Kickboxing: Fast, sweaty, and a little bit badass. You don’t need experience or fancy gear, just show up.
- HIIT & Sculpt: Quick intervals, core work, and muscle toning. We mix it up to keep it interesting.
How You Can Join
- Offline group classes at HSR Layout, Bangalore or Guwahati.
- Virtual group exercise if you’re not local.
- Small home sessions for those who like a chill setup.
Who’s It For?
Honestly, anyone who’s up for it. Doesn’t matter if you’re a first-timer or someone who already trains. Only thing I ask - bring your effort and leave the excuses at home.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rajib Singh. Moved from Guwahati to Bangalore and now run my own fitness studio in HSR Layout. Life’s like a workout, gotta keep moving. Family means a lot to me, you’ll spot pics of my Batiji around. When not sweating it out, I’m probably trekking or just chilling with friends. Dr. Kalam said, ‘the present is a newspaper’—so I try to live in the moment, every single day.
My Work
Fitness Training & Classes - I teach Powermoves Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT, Sculpt Training, Crossfit, ZUMBA, Taebo. Online or in-person.
My Training Style - High energy, lots of reps, I’ll push you hard. Expect me counting every move, no shortcuts!
Focus Areas - We work on core, biceps, leg day, and overall strength. Fitness is not just one thing, it’s a lifestyle.
Flexible Class Options - Join online classes from anywhere or come for group/offline sessions in Bangalore. Home training possible too.
