Standard Functional Group Batch
Batch Structure
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 5 scheduled group sessions per week (Monday to Friday).
- Duration: 60-minute guided sessions led by lead coaches.
- Format: Mixed-gender group environment with approximately 15-20 participants.
- Routine: Includes dynamic warm-ups, scaled metabolic conditioning (MetCon) WODs, and static cool-down stretching.
Equipment Access
- Zone: Usage of the specific functional training area with rubber flooring.
- Cardio Tools: Shared use of heavy nylon battle ropes and agility ladders.
- Rig Work: Access to monkey bars and pull-up rigs for hanging knee raises.
- Weights & Plyo: Usage of wooden plyo-boxes, medicine balls, and standard dumbbells.
Training Environment
- Instruction: General movement demonstration with visual supervision across the group.
- Facility: Non-AC ventilated area designed for a raw training atmosphere.
- Style: High-repetition drills focused on general fitness and endurance.
Unlimited Advanced Strength Program
Advanced Training Schedule
- Frequency: Unlimited access 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Focus: Hybrid training combining HIIT with specific Strength & Conditioning cycles.
- Technical Lifts: Coaching on Olympic lifts (Cleans, Snatches) using bumper plates.
- Compound Strength: Dedicated rack time for heavy Back Squats, Deadlifts, and Overhead Presses.
Personalized Support
- Safety: Hands-on spotting and tactile form correction during heavy lifts.
- Tracking: Monitoring of personal bests (PRs) and progressive overload.
- Diet: Basic nutrition guidance and macro advice aligned with training goals.
Facility Privileges
- Priority Access: Reserved use of power cages, Olympic barbells, and heavy dumbbells (30kg+) during peak hours.
- Skill Work: Progression drills for gymnastics skills like handstands and kip swings.
- Amenities: Access to venue changing rooms and lockers.

Mehnat hi manzil hai (hard work is the destination). Good day or bad, I show up and expect you to do the same. No excuses, bas mehnat (just hard work).
What to Expect
This isn’t your regular gym scene. My CrossFit sessions are all about functional fitness workouts that actually help you in real life. Every day is different - sometimes you’ll lift heavy, sometimes you’ll be gasping for breath after a killer cardio and strength mix. I keep it high-intensity, always changing, so your body never gets bored.
Session Vibe
We train as a group, push each other, and celebrate every small win. The energy is loud, sometimes a bit crazy, but always positive. Expect a lot of “5, 4, 3, 2, 1, GO!” and high-fives. Morning batches are my thing - perfect if you want to start your day with a blast.
Workout Mix
- Strength: Squats, deadlifts, lunges
- Cardio: Battle ropes, box jumps, burpees, kickboxing
- Core & Gymnastics: Hanging leg raises, pull-ups, bodyweight moves
- Partner Workouts: Sometimes we team up for extra fun and challenge
Ladies-Only Batch
I run a ladies-only CrossFit batch too. Same intensity, just a more comfortable space for women who want it.
My Coaching Style
I’m always on the floor, showing moves, correcting form, and spotting you on heavy lifts. I’ll push you, but I’ll also make sure you’re safe. If you’re ready to work, I’m ready to guide you. If not, maybe this isn’t for you.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Rajib. Born in Jodhpur, now sweating it out in Bengaluru. For me, fitness is not just kaam (work), it’s life. My motto? Mehnat hi manzil hai (hard work is the destination). Whether it’s lifting, trekking DD Hill, or stick-work, I love pushing limits and seeing folks get stronger. The best part? The energy in my group, especially with the ladies and kids. We work, we laugh, we make some real impresions together.
My Work
Fitness Training Services - I train in CrossFit, Kickboxing, Boxing, Aerobics, HIIT, Core, high-energy Zumba sessions, and personal training.

Group & Ladies-Only Classes - High-energy group sessions, including ladies-only fitness classes, where we sweat, smile, and do everything from CrossFit to cardio kickboxing.
