About The Akhada: Our Community
You won't find people scrolling on their phones here; in our group sessions, we’re either spotting each other on heavy lifts or pushing through the last few burpees together. It’s a space where you show up, put in the work, and actually enjoy the grind because you aren't doing it alone.
We train hard, but we do it with a sense of camaraderie that makes the toughest sessions feel like a win. My Akhada in AECS Layout is built for people who want results, not just a place to hang out.

I personally monitor form during our strength sessions to make sure your deadlifts and squats are hitting the right muscles without risking injury.
