Teamwork makes the dream work. Our CrossFit style sessions include partner exercises like this wheelbarrow walk, which builds core strength and trust between training partners.
This is a partner core exercise using a medicine ball. These drills make ab workouts more engaging and challenging, as clients work together to complete the set.
A glimpse into our ladies' group HIIT session. The class is performing burpees and other high-intensity drills, pushing through the final seconds of the circuit together.
Here is one of our mixed group batches during a warm-up drill. We keep the energy high from the very start of the session to prepare everyone for the main workout.
Box jumps and step-ups are a staple in our HIIT classes for building explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. You can see the determination as our ladies' group tackles the challenge.
Using aerobic steppers for a coordinated group core and cardio routine. These sessions are great for improving rhythm and stamina while working the entire body.
About Group HIIT & CrossFit Sessions
In my group batches, I don't just stand at the front and count reps. I am right there on the floor with you, spotting your form during heavy box jumps or timing your burpees to make sure you hit that intensity. Because I keep my batches small and focused, you get the attention you need to correct your technique, meaning you actually get stronger instead of just tired.
I started training in AECS Layout because I wanted to build a place where people show up, put in the work, and leave feeling stronger. This isn't a fancy gym where you wander around alone; this is an Akhada. Whether you are a total beginner or you have been training for years, my group HIIT and CrossFit sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
What to Expect
We don't do the same boring routine every day. We mix it up. One day you might be crushing partner drills with medicine balls to improve core strength, and the next you are tackling a high-intensity cardio circuit using battle ropes and aerobic steppers. The variety keeps your body guessing and keeps your motivation high.
Why Train in a Group?
It is simple: accountability. When you train alone, it is easy to quit when the sets get hard. When you are training with a group, and you see everyone else pushing through, you push harder. My sessions for ladies-only and mixed batches are built on this shared energy. We sweat together, we laugh together, and we fix our form together.
Safety First
I am strict about one thing: technique. No matter how high the intensity gets, if your form is wrong, we stop and fix it. We start every session with a proper warm-up to prepare your muscles and end with stretching to aid recovery. My goal is to get you fit for the long run, not just for the next workout. Come ready to sweat, leave ready to do it all again tomorrow.
