About Zumba and Dance Fitness
Don't expect a typical follow-the-leader routine where you just stand around. In my sessions, we focus on high-burn cardio, functional movement patterns, and keeping the heart rate up for the full hour. I keep the choreography simple enough that anyone can join in from day one, but intense enough that you will be dripping sweat by the time the cool-down starts.
Zumba and dance fitness are not just about dancing; they are about showing up and putting in the work. When you join my sessions in AECS Layout, you are signing up for a full-body workout that hits your core, legs, and stamina without feeling like a traditional grind in the gym.
My classes are designed for everyone. We have dedicated ladies-only batches and mixed groups where the focus is on energy and consistency. We mix Latin-inspired steps with high-intensity cardio moves so you never get bored of the same routine.
What happens in a session?
- Warm-up: We start with dynamic movements to prep your joints and muscles.
- The Core: A mix of Zumba, aerobics, and cardio routines that target fat loss and coordination.
- Functional Finish: We often end with light bodyweight drills to ensure you are building strength alongside your cardio.
I believe that if you can move, you can train. You do not need any prior dance experience to join. Whether you are coming from HSR Layout or nearby areas, the goal is the same: push your limits, sweat, and leave the class feeling better than when you walked in. It is about consistency, not perfection.
