Practicing outdoors, as shown in these photos, forces you to engage your stabilizing muscles because the ground is never perfectly flat. I use this same principle in my personal coaching, focusing on the micro-adjustments and balance that a standard gym workout often misses. Whether we are in my Munirka studio or your living room, we work on these foundational skills to help you feel stronger, not just fitter. 🕉️
Yoga is about awareness, not just the physical poses. When I practice Vriksasana or Natarajasana in nature, I am reminded that yoga is a constant state of mindfulness. In my sessions, we bring this same focus to the mat. We emphasize proper alignment, steady breath, and the 'work-in' that yoga provides.

From guided pranayama to advanced inversions like Sirsasana, we take it step by step.
