This is my personal practice—the daily discipline that keeps me strong, balanced, and ready to teach. Whether you are mastering your first Sirsasana or refining your flow, these drills are where the real work happens. 🧘‍♀️

Building up to a full headstand takes time and proper technique. This video shows some of the core-engaging drills I use to prepare the body for inversions, ensuring a safe and strong practice.

Holding a stable Salamba Sirsasana, or supported headstand. This inversion is a key part of my personal practice for improving focus, balance, and overall strength.

A short flow from my own practice, moving through poses like Vrikshasana (tree pose) and Virabhadrasana (warrior pose). Consistent practice is key to maintaining flexibility and grace in movement.

About My Personal Practice: Advanced Asanas & Drills

Getting into a Sirsasana (headstand) is not just about flipping upside down. It is about understanding the alignment of your core and shoulders first. In my personal practice, I spend almost as much time on preparatory drills as I do in the pose itself. If you are looking to master these inversions, we do not just jump into them. We build the strength to hold them safely.
