Yoga is not about perfect poses; it is about showing up. I create a safe space in Gunjur where every child, regardless of ability, builds strength and finds joy at their own pace.

This is Chinmayee, a student with an extraordinary spirit. She reminds us that yoga isn't about having a "perfect" body; it's about showing up with a full heart and proving that this practice is for everyone.

Here, we use ropes to help Chinmayee safely explore a challenging split variation. Adaptive yoga means finding creative ways to support every student's journey, making every asana a possibility.

In just three weeks, Chinmayee has shown incredible dedication. Her journey is a powerful reminder that yoga is for every body and every soul that chooses to show up on the mat.

Chinmayee shows us that yoga is not about being less or more, it is about being fully you. Here she is, finding her balance and expressing her strength in her own beautiful way.

On my mat, every child is equal. Whether a child has Down syndrome or not, we celebrate ability, not labels. This is a space for pure potential.

Yoga doesn't separate, it unites. Every child belongs in my studio, and every single journey, like Chinmayee's, matters deeply.

A simple truth demonstrated with grace. This is Chinmayee in a beautiful Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), proving that yoga truly belongs to everyone.

Yoga is not just for the young or flexible; it's for every age, ability, and body. This is the core belief of my teaching, where we break myths and celebrate yoga for all.

This is me with Chinmayee, a student who has become one of my greatest teachers. Her joy and patience remind me daily of the true purpose of my work.

A simple, happy moment after a great practice session with Chinmayee. These connections are the heart of my yoga community.

About Yoga for Every Child: Our Inclusive Studio

Parents often ask me if their child can manage, and my answer is always the same: just show up. I adapt every single movement, using props like wall ropes and blocks to turn 'I can't' into 'I did it', ensuring that every student, regardless of physical or cognitive ability, finds their own version of success.
