About Additional Class Moments
Most days here don't look like an Instagram reel. They look like messy hair, sweat, and focused breathing while we figure out how to stack our joints safely. My classes are a mix of strict alignment work and the patience it takes to get there. You will see us using ropes, bricks, and chairs to break down complex asanas, because I believe in understanding the anatomy behind the pose before trying to show off. We don't chase perfection, we chase the effort of showing up.
You will notice that we rarely stand perfectly still. That is by design. Whether it is a group of adults working on mobility or kids learning body awareness, I keep things moving. We focus heavily on props—wooden blocks, ropes, and chairs—not because they are easy, but because they are the safest way to correct your posture.
If you join one of my batches, expect to learn the 'why' behind the movement. We cover muscle anatomy and joint safety to make sure you are not just exercising, but practicing correctly. We have sessions tailored for beginners who need to learn the basics and advanced practitioners who want to refine their transitions.
My studio in Gunjur is an inclusive space. I have students dealing with desk jobs and tech-neck, kids developing their motor skills, and everyone in between. We track progress through consistency, not by how fast you can touch your toes. If you are ready to put in the work, ask questions about your specific body needs, and commit to the process, you will fit right in.
