My online classes aren't about following a generic flow on a screen. We start with a full health consultation to understand your unique needs—whether it is chronic back pain, hormonal imbalances, or simply building strength. In every live session, we modify every asana, breathwork, and movement to fit your current mobility and comfort, so you are never straining or guessing.

What to expect in your sessions:
- Personalized Roadmap: We do not copy-paste routines. Your plan evolves based on your daily energy, mood, and specific health targets.
- Complete Adaptability: If you cannot get down on the floor, we practice on a chair, bed, or standing. No judgment, just results.
- Root-Cause Healing: We focus on internal organ health—heart, liver, digestion—using a mix of Hatha yoga, physiotherapy-inspired moves, and breathwork (pranayama).
