I get it - everyone’s body is different. I don’t believe in forcing everyone into the same poses. My sessions are all about finding what works for you, whether you’re dealing with stiff shoulders from too much desk work, chronic knee pain, or just feel like regular yoga is too much. No need to worry about being ‘flexible enough’ or doing intimidating moves.

How We Do It

First, we talk. I want to know how your body feels, how you live, and what you want from yoga. We’ll work step by step - starting with pain relief, then building up strength and flexibility. I use props like chairs and cushions so you’re always comfortable. Zameen par nahi baith sakte? Koi baat nahi. Bed ya chair par bhi yoga ho sakta hai. (Can’t sit on the floor? No problem. We’ll do yoga on the bed or chair.)

My Story

Hi, I’m Ritu. Been doing yoga for 30+ years, teaching for 20. I’m 55, but yoga keeps me feeling young, looking younger too! Not a fan of Botox or fillers, I love the real glow yoga gives. Yoga isn’t just old-school, it’s always changing with us. Sure, awards and TV features are nice, but my real joy? When students tell me they healed. That’s what matters. That’s why I teach.
