- Internal Organ Health: My signature protocols focus on heart, lungs, liver, and intestine health using specific Kriyas and Pranayamas. Energy is created from within; it manifests on the outside.
- Daily Customization: Your body changes, and so should your yoga. If you are feeling stiff one day or energetic the next, your sequence adapts. This is why I avoid generic classes.
