Your body is unique, so why practice generic yoga? At Yogritu, I blend traditional Hatha yoga with physiotherapy and functional training to heal pain, boost organ health, and bring you back to your best self.

My online yoga classes are more than just standard poses. This image shows how I blend Hatha Yoga with a variety of other disciplines like Pilates, weight training, resistance bands, and physiotherapy-based exercises for a truly holistic workout.

A demonstration of Eka Pada Setu Bandhasana, or One-Legged Bridge Pose. This pose strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings while opening the chest and improving balance, all within a calming indoor environment surrounded by plants.

This video demonstrates the seated spinal twist, Ardha Matsyendrasana, in a peaceful garden setting. This asana is excellent for increasing spinal flexibility, massaging abdominal organs, and detoxifying the body.

This video demonstrates Linga Mudra, a hand gesture that generates body heat and improves immunity. It is an excellent practice for the winter months to help with detoxification, weight loss, and even period pain relief.

This video showcases two powerful core-strengthening poses, Chaturanga Dandasana (Low Plank) and Purvottanasana (Upward Plank). These asanas demonstrate that the origin of many modern exercises lies in yoga.

A guided demonstration of Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose). I explain the correct alignment to open up the entire body, stretch the chest and lungs, and improve digestion, which can be sluggish in colder weather.

Whether you are dealing with chronic back stiffness, PCOD, or just low energy, I customise your daily routine—using props like chairs, pillows, or wall support if needed—to ensure you get therapeutic results without straining your body.

A Clinical Approach to Wellness

Yoga should fit your body, not the other way around. My method starts with a deep dive into your physical and medical history. I do not believe in 'one-size-fits-all' routines. If you have restricted mobility or struggle to sit on the floor, we adapt. We utilize chair yoga, wall-supported asanas, and bed exercises to ensure that even with chronic pain, you can still reap the benefits of practice.
