My Story
Hi, I’m Ritu. Been doing yoga for 30+ years, teaching for 20. I’m 55, but yoga keeps me feeling young, looking younger too! Not a fan of Botox or fillers, I love the real glow yoga gives. Yoga isn’t just old-school, it’s always changing with us. Sure, awards and TV features are nice, but my real joy? When students tell me they healed. That’s what matters. That’s why I teach.
