- Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis): Ayurvedic pulse reading to identify the dominant Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) causing the imbalance.

- Therapy Schedule: Recommendation of session frequency (3x or 5x weekly) and timeline.

Here, yoga therapy isn’t about fancy poses or pushing for flexibility. It’s for anyone whose body is sending signals - back pain that won’t quit, sleep that won’t come, stress that sits heavy. I know pills and quick fixes are tempting, but real healing takes a different path.
What I Focus On
- We tackle specific health troubles: chronic pain relief, hormonal ups and downs (PCOS, thyroid), anxiety management, gut issues, and even migraine.
- If you’re struggling with sleeplessness, stress, or old emotional baggage, this work’s for you too.
- No two people get the same yoga plan. I make custom yoga routines for health issues, blending postures, breathwork, cleanses, deep rest, and lifestyle tweaks.
How We Go About It
- One-on-one or tiny group sessions, so nobody’s lost in the crowd.
- We use asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), kriyas (cleansing), yoga nidra (deep rest), and advice on saatvik food (simple, clean eating), sleep, and stress.
- Some kriyas sound technical, but I’ll guide you through slowly - nothing rushed, nothing forced.
