Aerial fitness is not about perfection—it is about consistency, building strength, and finding that sukoon (peace) in movement. Whether you are climbing silks or finding flow in a hammock, start your journey here with us.

This was a dream come true. Performing aerial yoga from a hot air balloon required immense trust in my training and my teachers. It shows that with dedication, we can take our practice to incredible new heights, turning fear into an unforgettable experience of freedom.

This is what a typical hanging and swinging sequence looks like on the aerial hammock. It’s a full body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and motor memory. It might look tough, but we break it down step by step until it feels like a dance in the air.

Aerial silks allow for beautiful, expressive movements like these split variations. This practice is not about being perfect overnight. It's a journey of building strength and flexibility with consistency, wrapping the fabric to support your body as you learn to fly with confidence.

Partner aerials are all about trust and connection. Here, we move as one, using synchronized movements to create flowing shapes in the air. It’s a beautiful way to build non-verbal communication and support each other's practice.

It brings me so much joy to introduce aerial fitness to young students. This is a demonstration at a school, showing them how fun and empowering it can be to move your body in new ways. Aerial is for everyone, and it’s amazing to see their curiosity and excitement.

My practice starts on the mat but finds freedom in the air. Some days are for silent, grounding yoga, and others are for hanging upside down, trusting the fabric to hold me. This is how I find my strength and heal, by connecting stillness on the ground with flight.

Executing drops from 20 feet high is a test of both physical skill and mental courage. This is an advanced technique that we build up to with careful, safe progressions. It’s a reminder that with the right guidance and by fighting our fears, we can achieve things we never thought possible.

And sometimes, it's just about having fun and feeling great in your own skin. Aerial fitness is a celebration of what your body can do. This is me just playing around, because movement should always bring you joy.

About Featured

You do not need to be flexible or super fit to start; you just need the curiosity to show up. In these sessions, we focus on safe, progressive learning, breaking down every grip and drop so your body builds real strength and motor memory. It is about feeling capable and confident in your own skin, long before we ever attempt the advanced, high-flying stuff.
