About Aerial Yoga Classes: Strength & Serenity

Walking into an aerial class for the first time can feel daunting, but you don't need prior experience to start. We rig hammocks low for safety, use high-density crash mats, and keep our batches small (6-10 people). This ensures we can personally spot you through every inversion, helping you replace the fear of falling with the confidence of flight.

Aerial yoga is more than a workout—it is a way to decompress your spine and build functional strength without the joint impact of traditional gym work. In our sessions, you aren't just holding poses; you are learning to trust the fabric, finding support in the hammock, and slowly working your way toward inversions.

What to Expect in Class

We focus on a progressive learning curve. Beginners start with basic wraps and fundamental inversions, ensuring you feel secure before attempting more complex transitions. As you advance, our classes evolve into dynamic flows that build upper body grip and core endurance. Whether you are at our Hauz Khas studio or visiting us in Suncity, the practice remains the same: we move, we play, and we learn to let go.

Safety and Support

We prioritize your safety above all else. Every student is provided with professional-grade aerial equipment, and we maintain a low instructor-to-student ratio. If you are nervous, tell us. We are here to guide you step-by-step, from your first foot lock to your first drop.

Finding Your Studio

We have created spaces across Delhi, Gurugram, and Rishikesh. Each studio is equipped for both aerial yoga and higher-intensity apparatus like silks or hoops. Whatever your fitness goal—whether it is stress relief or acrobatics—our instructors are ready to help you climb higher.
