Beginner Aerial Arts & Pole Fitness Classes
Step into a space where you don't need to be strong to start. We teach aerial hoop and pole fitness with a focus on building your strength, confidence, and joy—one movement at a time.
I believe with all my heart that aerial arts are for every single body. This isn't about being a certain size or having a specific background. It's about showing up, finding your strength, and celebrating what your body can do. This is our community in action, supporting each other on the pole and the hoop.
The most common thing I hear is, "But I'm not strong enough." I want to let you in on a secret: you don't start out strong, you become strong here. This practice gave me a confidence I never knew I was missing, and my goal is to help you feel that too. All you need is the courage to try.
This is what it's all about for me: the flow. It's that moment when you stop thinking about the moves and just dance with the hoop. This is a glimpse into a lyra hoop flow, where we connect movement, music, and emotion in the air.
Curious about pole but not sure where to begin? Our beginner's pole workshop is your answer. I designed this as a safe space to learn the fundamentals, from basic grips to your first spin, with absolutely no experience needed. Just bring an open mind and get ready to discover your power.
Some of the best friendships are built on trust and lifting each other up, literally. Our aerial doubles workshops are a unique way to connect with a friend, partner, or family member. Here, you'll learn to work together, support each other's weight, and create beautiful shapes in the air.
Our Kids Summer Camp is two weeks of pure fun, creativity, and fitness. We blend aerial hoop, dance, and yoga to help children explore movement and build confidence. We even have special sessions for parents to join in and bond with their kids in a new way.
Here is a piece of my heart, an aerial performance I choreographed in the studio. For me, the hoop is not just an apparatus, it's a stage for storytelling. This is the kind of artistic expression and low flow movement we explore in our more advanced sessions.
Ready to fly with us? Our introductory classes are the perfect starting point for your journey into aerial hoop and pole. These sessions are designed for absolute beginners of all ages, focusing on safety, foundational skills, and having a great time.
About Featured
Most students come to us thinking they aren't strong enough for aerial arts. The reality is that we build your strength from the ground up, starting with foundational grip techniques and core conditioning before you ever attempt a complex pose. We keep our batches limited to ensure you get actual spotting and guidance, not just a demonstration from a distance. If you have been curious about how to move on a hoop or pole, you are ready to start right now.
Our classes in Chhatarpur are designed for people who want to move differently. Whether you are aiming for our Lyra (aerial hoop) sessions or our introductory pole workshops, we focus on safe, progressive learning.
Why Our Approach Works
We don't believe in throwing you onto the apparatus. Every 90-minute session begins with a dedicated warm-up focusing on shoulder and wrist mobility. We teach the 'Push-Pull' technique as a core fundamental, which acts as your safety net. By keeping our groups small, usually between 4 to 6 students, I can provide hands-on spotting for every new skill, from basic mounts to spins.
What You Need to Know
- Safety First: We use high-density crash mats under every rigging point. You are always in a safe environment.
- No Experience Needed: Beginners are the majority here. You will build flexibility, grip strength, and the ability to link movements into a 30-45 second flow over a month of training.
- Personalized Growth: For those who want to level up faster or need specific help with a goal, like wedding choreography or a specific invert, I offer private coaching sessions.
This isn't about being perfect. It is about the community, the music, and the feeling of freedom when you finally find your flow in the air. Come as you are, and we will handle the rest.
