Many mothers come to me feeling physically drained from the demands of pregnancy and post-delivery life. We don't just do generic stretches; we focus on pelvic floor health, core stabilization, and gentle spine alignment so you can manage your day without the constant back pain or fatigue.

Prenatal and Postnatal Care
For expecting mothers, we work on poses that help manage mood swings, improve circulation, and reduce common complaints like back pain and leg cramps. If you are in the postpartum phase, the goal is natural recovery. We focus on gently closing the abdominal gap, regaining pelvic stability, and releasing the tension that comes with carrying a little one all day. You don't need to rush this; we go at a pace your body dictates.
Yoga for the Whole Family
I believe the habits you build at home stay with you. That is why I also run workshops where moms can bring their kids. It is less about rigid asanas and more about movement, mindfulness, and bonding. It creates a space where children see their parents prioritize health, making it a natural part of their lifestyle too.

My studio in Rajouri Garden is designed for comfort and focus. If you prefer, I also offer home visits within a 6km radius of the area. We utilize props like bolsters, straps, and yoga wheels to assist you, ensuring that even if you are a beginner, you are safe and supported. Whether it is a private 1-on-1 therapeutic session to address specific fertility or hormonal concerns, or a group class to get your energy back, we will build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
