Personalized and Group Yoga Training in Rajouri Garden
Whether you want individual attention or the energy of a community, I have a batch for you. Let's find your flow together.
In my personal training sessions, I give you my full attention. Here, I am using a yoga strap to help a student safely deepen her backbend, improving spinal flexibility and opening the shoulders without risk of injury.
There is a special energy in our group classes at the Rajouri Garden studio. Here, my students are practicing Pashchima Namaskarasana, a pose that opens the shoulders and chest, improving posture and releasing tension.
About Personalized & Group Training
In my group sessions, we keep it small—just 8 to 12 students—so I can actually see your alignment and give you manual adjustments. If you choose 1-on-1, we are not just doing poses; I integrate chiropractic techniques and cupping if your specific injury needs it. It is not about following a video; it is about fixing what is hurting.
Finding Your Perfect Yoga Fit
Yoga is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. After 20 years of teaching in Rajouri Garden, I have seen that some students thrive on the energy of a group, while others need a quiet, focused, one-on-one space to heal specific conditions like PCOD, infertility, or chronic back pain.
Why Join a Group Session?
My studio classes are about community and consistency. With only 8 to 12 people per batch, I ensure you are not just another face in the crowd. We use props like wheels and straps to help you deepen your stretches safely. Whether we are working on hip opening or core strength, you get the benefit of being in a room where everyone is pushing themselves, which keeps you motivated to stay on track. If you cannot make it to the studio, my virtual batches offer the same traditional Hatha and Ashtanga fusion with verbal guidance, perfect for maintaining your practice from home.
The Power of 1-on-1 Training
If you are dealing with a specific health issue, private training is the way to go. This is a therapeutic intervention, not just a workout. I build a plan strictly around your medical history and lifestyle. Depending on what your body needs, we might use chiropractic-style spine alignment, deep tissue release, or specific diet plans to tackle issues like stomach fat or hormonal imbalance. We do the work at your pace, and I track your recovery continuously until you feel the difference.
