I combine 20 years of traditional yoga wisdom with modern therapeutic care to help you heal, strengthen, and find balance.

I provide personal training focused on asanas like Matsyasana (Fish Pose) to help manage conditions like PCOD, PCOS, and infertility. Here, I am guiding my student to ensure correct posture, which is essential for stimulating the thyroid and balancing hormones.

This is what dedication and consistent practice can achieve. This client's incredible weight loss journey is a testament to her hard work, and I am proud to have been a part of her transformation through yoga.

In my personal training sessions, I give you my full attention. Here, I am using a yoga strap to help a student safely deepen her backbend, improving spinal flexibility and opening the shoulders without risk of injury.

This single dynamic movement, a variation of the Tiger Pose, is excellent for strengthening the entire body. It targets the shoulders, arms, core, and is especially beneficial for toning the pelvic floor muscles.

There is a special energy in our group classes at the Rajouri Garden studio. Here, my students are practicing Pashchima Namaskarasana, a pose that opens the shoulders and chest, improving posture and releasing tension.

Yoga is for everyone in the family. This is a glimpse of one of my online sessions, where a mother and her daughter are practicing together, building a healthy habit and a beautiful bond from the comfort of their home.
