I provide personal training focused on asanas like Matsyasana (Fish Pose) to help manage conditions like PCOD, PCOS, and infertility. Here, I am guiding my student to ensure correct posture, which is essential for stimulating the thyroid and balancing hormones.

In my personal training sessions, I give you my full attention. Here, I am using a yoga strap to help a student safely deepen her backbend, improving spinal flexibility and opening the shoulders without risk of injury.
This single dynamic movement, a variation of the Tiger Pose, is excellent for strengthening the entire body. It targets the shoulders, arms, core, and is especially beneficial for toning the pelvic floor muscles.
There is a special energy in our group classes at the Rajouri Garden studio. Here, my students are practicing Pashchima Namaskarasana, a pose that opens the shoulders and chest, improving posture and releasing tension.

- Specialized Care: I have spent years helping women manage PCOS, PCOD, and fertility issues naturally. We don't use magic pills. We use breathwork, pelvic floor strengthening, and consistent, gentle asana practice to bring hormones back into balance.
