In this video, I demonstrate a few simple but powerful asanas that I teach in my classes. Here I am holding a Ganda Bherundasana, or Chin Stand. This advanced inversion is a great goal to work towards for building exceptional upper body and core strength, showing the level of skill you can achieve with disciplined practice.
This is the Adho Mukha Vrksasana, or handstand. It's a challenging and rewarding pose that we build up to safely in my classes. Mastering it improves balance, builds confidence, and strengthens your entire body.

Our studio space is shared with our martial arts program, which gives it a high-energy, dedicated environment free from the distractions of a commercial gym.
