About Guided Meditation & Stress Relief
I don’t do 'fluff' meditation. My sessions mix Hatha and Restorative yoga with real-world breathwork, specifically designed to build mental resilience. If you have a desk job that leaves you stiff or a mind that won't stop racing, these sessions are about resetting your system, not just sitting in silence.
Whether you are training in martial arts or just trying to survive a corporate week, your mind needs to be as disciplined as your body. I run these sessions in Timarpur specifically for those who need to slow down, breathe, and find their shanti. We use 25mm high-density EVA mats to ensure your joints are supported, and we focus on functional flexibility rather than just trying to touch your toes.
Expect 60 minutes where we strip away the noise. We aren't here for hours of chanting; we are here for practical, actionable stress relief. It’s about learning to hold your focus under pressure, a skill that has helped my students win championships and manage personal challenges alike.
If you need something more specific, like injury rehab or a deeper dive into your own practice, I also do 1-on-1 sessions. We will assess your stiffness and build a routine that actually solves your physical and mental bottlenecks. No pretension, just clear, consistent progress.
