Unlocking your full strength potential with a dynamic arm strengthening routine. We incorporate targeted exercises like push-ups and tricep dips to sculpt and tone the arms.
Using the wall as our partner to build strength and stability. Practicing handstands and other inversions against the wall is a safe way to build confidence and core power.

About The Daily Flow: In the Studio
Our studio is fully air-conditioned with wooden flooring, so you only need to bring yourself. We limit our batch sizes to 12 to 18 people to ensure I can provide hands-on corrections, especially when we use props like yoga wheels or pilates bars to deepen your stretch.
Our daily studio practice is designed to be the most consistent part of your routine. We do not just stretch; we mix traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flows with functional movement to ensure you leave feeling both stronger and calmer.
Why our daily flow is different:
- Prop-Based Support: Whether it is using yoga wheels for spinal release or pilates bars for core engagement, we use props to make poses safer and more accessible. It is perfect if you are just starting out or working with an old injury.
- Small Batches: With group sizes capped at 18, I am always there to correct your form. You are not just a face in the crowd here.
- Holistic Health: We focus on more than just the workout. From regulating blood flow through Suryanamaskar to hormonal balance and stress relief, every sequence is designed to help you find your center.
