Why I Do This
I care about real, lasting change—not quick fixes. My programs are shaped by my own journey with postpartum holistic recovery and the ups and downs of trying every shortcut out there. What worked for me was listening to my body and keeping things simple, using a mix of yoga, nutrition, and mindset work.

My Story
Ten years in yoga, still learning. Motherhood changed me, slowed me down, made me softer. 2024 was all about Jia, my little one, and me finding my way back to the mat. Post-delivery, even headstands felt scary! But I kept it gentle, like babies do. Now, I care more about small moments—family, festivals, hugs. I don’t rush. I show up, present. That’s my real yoga.
