I was so excited to announce that I would be conducting sunrise and sunset yoga sessions at the Sun Siyam Resort in the Maldives for International Yoga Day.

I believe in learning the sahi tareeke se (the right way). In my live online yoga sessions and workshops, I prioritize alignment and safety. You will not find me pushing for aesthetic poses that might cause injury. Instead, we work on foundation building—strengthening your core and calming your nervous system. Whether you are dealing with postpartum recovery, PCOS, or general burnout, these sessions are structured to be sustainable.

My personal life, especially as a mother, has taught me that consistency beats intensity. You will see this philosophy in how I structure my programs. We incorporate mindful eating, emotional release, and stress management, because holistic health is about more than just movement.
