As a mother, I know the postpartum struggle is real. This 45-minute postnatal yoga sequence is designed specifically to help you rebuild your core, pelvic, and arm strength, and to give you a moment to return to yourself.

Here is a simple yet powerful asana, Supported Supta Baddha Konasana, that you can practice every night. It's wonderful for opening your hips, relaxing the pelvis, and naturally balancing hormones, especially for those with PCOS or menstrual pain.
