My Yoga Journey & Philosophy

Yoga has been my greatest teacher over the last decade. It guided me through career changes and the raw reality of motherhood, helping me find strength in consistency rather than intensity.

A picture from 10 years ago, when my journey with yoga was just beginning. From shaky beginnings to a rooted presence, these ten years have been about showing up on the mat for myself, again and again.

This is a reminder for anyone who is pushing their body too hard. You just need to be consistent. Even 10 minutes of practice every day will help you achieve your goal. It's not about intensity, it's about commitment.

From a 9-to-5 job to working on my own terms, from being scared of childbirth to delivering naturally. The one technique that has helped me transform is self-hypnosis, which is the practice of immersing yourself in your goal with full faith.

It's not about how much I do, but how deeply I connect while doing it. In a world obsessed with hustle, I choose to slow down, to breathe with awareness, and to move with meaning. Every breath and every pose is rooted in intention.

The world is a reflection of you. People who hurt are themselves hurt. Having compassion for them can heal us. True cleansing comes from our thoughts, not from external rituals. Bless the external world and know that your inner state is what matters.

Thoughts create pictures, which form words, speech, and then feelings. When negative, these feelings get trapped in the body and can become disease. Asana practice is a powerful way to release these trapped emotions and find freedom.

About this collection

I didn't reach this point by pushing my body to the limit every single day. My practice completely shifted when I realized that ten minutes of consistent, gentle movement is far more sustainable and powerful than an hour of forced exercise. Whether I was navigating my early corporate days or my postpartum recovery with my daughter Jia, the mat remained the one place where I could stop, breathe, and find myself again.

When I started practicing yoga a decade ago, I was looking for external validation. It took years of shaky poses and inconsistent practice to realize that yoga is actually about looking inward. My path took me from the classroom to corporate life, and eventually, through the intense, beautiful transformation of motherhood.

After my delivery, even simple asanas felt daunting. I had to let go of the pressure to perform and instead adopt a gentle, consistent approach. That is the core of my philosophy today. You do not need an hour of intense exercise to see results. Ten minutes of movement, when done with real intention, can shift your entire state of mind.

My work now focuses on practical, sustainable change. Whether you are dealing with hormonal imbalances like PCOS, managing postpartum recovery, or just trying to find some peace after a long, draining day, my programs are built on the same principles that helped me heal. We use a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flows, mindful breathing, and meditation to release the emotions trapped in our bodies.

Yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about how you feel when you step off the mat. It is about learning to nourish yourself, eat mindfully, and approach life with a grounded, calm energy. If you are ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start a real, long-term practice, I am here to help you get started.
