This year, I launched two powerful programs: the 12-week fat loss challenge and this 21-day healing and hormone reset. This journey has been transformational for me, and I am deeply grateful to share it.

About this collection

The biggest challenge with hormone issues is that they often feel like they're happening to you, rather than something you can influence. This program isn't about pushing your body to exhaustion. It’s about specific, daily protocols—gentle asanas and chakra work—that signal to your endocrine system that it’s safe to rest and regulate again. You’re not just moving; you’re teaching your body to come back into balance.

When your hormones are out of balance, your body communicates that through fatigue, irregular cycles, or skin issues. I designed this 21-day reset to bridge the gap between medical advice and daily living. We focus on low-impact, high-effectiveness movements because, with hormonal imbalance, your body often needs rest more than it needs high-intensity cardio.

The program structure is thematic. We move through specific systems each day, focusing on the Endocrine or Lymphatic systems to help your body process stress and inflammation. You will practice Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to soothe your nervous system, alongside specific chakra activation exercises. We work on the Throat Chakra for thyroid support and the Sacral Chakra to help with fertility and reproductive health.

It is not just about the mat, though. We integrate Ayurvedic lifestyle tweaks and visualization techniques. My goal is for you to build a routine that actually sticks, which is why we emphasize daily affirmations to manage cortisol levels. Whether you are dealing with a PCOS diagnosis or just feel like your energy levels are consistently off, this reset provides the tools to listen to your body and nourish it properly. It is beginner-friendly and requires no previous yoga experience—just a willingness to show up for 20 to 30 minutes a day.
