This video shows my own transformation, from 9 weeks pregnant to 20 months postpartum. My journey back to my pre-pregnancy weight wasn't about quick fixes; it was about trusting the process of mindful yoga and nutrition. This is the same authentic, sustainable approach I bring to all my programs.

Welcome to my 12-Week Fat Loss Program. I created this course after years of trying everything myself, from crash diets to intense cardio. This program is the culmination of what truly works for sustainable fat loss: a fusion of smart yoga, mindful eating, and mindset work that I personally used to transform my body, both before and after pregnancy.

This is an introduction to my 21-Day Hormone Reset and Healing Program. I designed this gentle journey for women struggling with PCOS, thyroid issues, or general hormonal imbalance. We use therapeutic yoga, calming meditations, and Ayurvedic wisdom to help restore balance to your body naturally.

Here is one asana I believe every woman should practice: Supported Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose). This restorative pose is incredible for opening the hips, improving blood flow to reproductive organs, and balancing hormones. It’s a simple yet powerful tool for managing PCOS symptoms and menstrual pain.

I am here to guide you for the next three months if you are ready to commit to yourself. A healthy body is the foundation for a healthy mind and a happy soul. This program is for anyone, from artists to homemakers, who is ready to invest in their well being and meet their best self.

Before I created these programs, I tried every quick fix, but nothing was sustainable until I combined movement with mindful eating. My approach isn't about going hard for an hour; it is about consistency. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, recovering postpartum, or just want to feel stronger, my sessions are built to fit into a real life, not a perfect one.

My Approach: Consistency Over Intensity

I have spent over 10 years practicing yoga, and motherhood taught me that the most effective way to change is by being kind to your body. My programs are built on three simple pillars: smart yoga movement, mindful nutrition, and mental wellness tools like affirmations.

  • 12-Week Sustainable Fat Loss Program: Designed for those who have hit a weight plateau or need a healthy reset. It is a hybrid model with live sessions, recorded videos, and a recipe bank focused on nourishment, not restriction.
  • 21-Day Hormone Reset Program: A therapeutic journey for women managing PCOS, thyroid issues, or irregular cycles. We use Nadi Shodhana (breathwork) and gentle flows to calm the nervous system.
  • Live Yoga Classes: Weekly sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that mix Hatha and Vinyasa styles. These are group classes where I provide real-time form correction over two-way video.

I don't believe in strict diets or extreme workouts. I believe in 'sahi tareeke se' (the right way)—listening to your body's signals and understanding the difference between physical and emotional hunger.
