About Upcoming Courses & Announcements
You will notice that these dates are primarily for residential immersions in Gokulam, Mysore. When you join me here, all Sattvic vegetarian meals and shared accommodation are included in the course tuition, allowing you to focus entirely on your practice and learning without managing daily logistics.
My teacher training schedule is built around deep immersion. Whether you are looking for a foundational RYT 200-hour certification in Hatha and Ashtanga or a specialized 50-hour intensive in Yin, Aerial, or Sound Healing, these dates represent times when our shala is fully dedicated to that specific journey.
What to Expect at the Shala
When you book a residential course, you are committing to a daily rhythm. We practice early, study anatomy and philosophy in the afternoon, and share Sattvic meals prepared right here. This environment is designed to strip away the distractions of daily life so you can observe the principles of Patanjali Yoga Sutras in action, rather than just reading about them.
Certification and Planning
All courses listed are Yoga Alliance USA certified. I keep class sizes controlled because I believe in the 'hands-on' method. You will not just be watching me; you will be practicing adjustments, observing alignment, and learning to guide others safely.
If you see a date that fits your calendar but have questions about the specific syllabus or how it fits your current level, please reach out. I often advise students on which specialization—be it Chair Yoga for accessibility or Pranayama for depth—best complements their existing practice. For those who cannot travel to Mysore, I occasionally open online spots for Prenatal and Pranayama trainings, so check the schedule carefully for the 'Online' designation.
