Yoga is a personal path, but you don't have to walk it alone. These are the stories from our students who have trained with us in Mysore and online, finding their own strength on the mat.

A student shares her wonderful experience with our online Wheel Yoga course. She speaks in Hindi about the excellent guidance she received and the satisfaction she felt, encouraging others to join.

In this heartfelt testimonial, a student from Gujarat describes her online Chair Yoga course with me. She explains how the detailed instructions made her feel every stretch as if we were in the same room.

Listen to what our students have to say after completing the 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. They share their experiences of growth, increased strength, and the accessible way the course was taught.

About Student Voices

You might notice our students often mention specific instructors by name and emphasize how technical corrections—even online—make a tangible difference. We prioritize precise alignment cues so you understand exactly which muscles to engage, ensuring the online experience carries the same depth and attention as being here in the Mysore shala.

What defines our school is that we do not teach one 'perfect' way of being. Whether a student is mastering the complexity of Aerial Yoga or learning to adapt traditional Hatha for Chair and Wheel Yoga, the goal remains the same: accessibility and understanding.

Many who arrive here initially worry about whether they can keep up with a 200 or 300-hour intensive. Our students often share how we use props—walls, straps, blocks, and wheels—to meet everyone at their current stage of practice. This is the heart of our teacher training methodology. We train you to become a teacher who can see a student’s limitations and help them find their way safely, rather than forcing a body into a shape.

Our graduates range from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. What they consistently report is a shift in perspective. They arrive looking to learn asanas and leave with a deeper understanding of how to sequence a class, how to use their voice for modulation, and how to create a safe space for others. Whether you are joining us for a residential course in Gokulam, Mysore, or participating in our remote prenatal and therapeutic training, the commitment to your growth is the same.

We don't believe in churning out teachers; we believe in helping you find your own voice and confidence. The voices on this page are a testament to that journey.
