About Beyond the Mat: Philosophy, Anatomy & Breathwork

When we study anatomy in my shala, we do not just memorize muscle names. We look at your specific range of motion in poses like Bhujangasana and see how your breath can actually change the shape. It is about learning to teach safely, knowing exactly when to use a strap or block, so your students feel empowered rather than pushed.
