Welcome to my shala in Mysore, where tradition meets joyful exploration. Whether you are finding your footing on the mat or ready to fly in Aerial yoga, my practice is here to guide you.

This is the heart of my practice: guiding you with hands-on assistance to find safe alignment and a deeper understanding of the pose. Here, I am helping a student find space and ease in a seated twist.

Trust and support are the foundations of growth. In this clip, I am assisting a student in a supported headstand, ensuring they feel secure as they explore their strength and balance upside down.

Discover the freedom of flight in our Aerial Yoga classes. This beautiful pose combines grace, strength, and flexibility, allowing you to explore movement in a completely new way.

The energy in our Handstand Workshop is always incredible. Here, you can see students of all levels building confidence, playing with balance, and supporting each other as they learn to turn their world upside down.

Props are not a shortcut, but a pathway to deeper understanding. This advanced Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose) variation using a chair shows how we can creatively and safely explore complex asanas.

Our Ashtanga workshops are filled with energy and focus. This clip shows students working on dynamic transitions and arm balances with hands-on guidance, building the heat and discipline that this practice is known for.

In our Yin and Restorative classes, we learn the art of surrender. Using props like bolsters allows the body to release completely, calming the nervous system and promoting deep rest.

The joy of completing a journey together. I am so proud of this group from our Thailand intensive workshop, each one ready to share the gift of yoga with the world.

About Featured

My approach is grounded in support. If you look at my classes, you will often see students using chairs, blocks, or wall ropes. I do not see these as shortcuts. They are tools to help your body find safe alignment and release, allowing you to access poses that might otherwise feel out of reach. Whether it is your first day or your thousandth, I adjust the practice to meet you where you are.
